- Your text-message consent choice, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser information of the device used to submit it
- Date of birth, driver's license number and state of issuance, and mailing address (enrollment only)
- CDL class enrollment and schedule preferences
- Attendance records and grade/progress information
- Documents you upload (medical certificates, identification, etc.)

Our website also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Cloudflare Turnstile on our inquiry form to block automated submissions. SMS / Text Messaging
ACE runs one text-message program, Advance Career Education inquiry & enrollment texts, sent from 817-864-8086. It covers two situations:
Website inquiries. When you submit an inquiry on our website and check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive automated text messages from Advance Career Education at the number you provided. These messages respond to your inquiry and may include a confirmation that we received it, answers to your questions, help scheduling a tour or a call, and follow-up while you decide whether to enroll. Some replies may be generated automatically; you can always ask for a person and a member of our staff will take over.
Enrolled students. When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages as part of enrollment, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to your enrollment and training, which may include:
- Enrollment updates and confirmations
- Class schedule reminders and changes
- Attendance notifications
- Payment reminders
- Program updates and announcements
- Tour and appointment reminders
- Important school alerts
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and enrollment status. During active enrollment you may receive up to approximately 10 messages per week; frequency is typically much lower for inquiries and outside of active training.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all text messages sent and received.
Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages to ask us a question, tour the school, enroll, or purchase any program or service.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties.
No mobile information, including phone numbers collected for SMS purposes and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed in the "Third-Party Services" section below explicitly exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information we collect through SMS opt-in is used solely by Advance Career Education LLC to deliver the messages described above. Your mobile number and opt-in status are stored in our secured systems and are not sold, rented, traded, or otherwise transferred to any outside party for their own marketing purposes.
Opt-In / Opt-Out
Opt-In: You provide consent to receive text messages by checking the text-message consent box on our website inquiry form, tour scheduling form, or enrollment form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive text messages from Advance Career Education. Your consent is recorded with the wording you agreed to, a timestamp, and the IP address and browser of the device used, so we can prove it if asked.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
Opting out of text messages will not affect your inquiry, your enrollment status, or your ability to participate in our programs. We will simply reach you by phone or email instead.
Data Storage & Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

- Anthropic - provides the AI service that may draft automated text replies to website inquiries; only the content needed to answer your message is processed
- Payment processors and payment-plan servicers - securely process enrollment payments and transactions
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention
